Chicken And Mushrooms With Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 c. white wine
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 Tbsp. flour (for thickening, may substitute cornstarch)
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

On top of stove over medium heat, put butter, onions and garlic in large skillet.
Saute until onions are soft.
Add chicken and broth and cover until chicken is cooked.
Add mushrooms and wine and simmer until soft.
Remove chicken breasts; add thickening to make sauce.
Serve chicken on rice with sauce ladled on top.
