Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
ham, cubed
1/4 c. parsley
5 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place sliced potatoes in roaster.
Combine onion, milk, cheese, parsley and flour in saucepan.
Cook until cheese melts and
sauce is slightly thickened.
Pour over potatoes.
Add ham cubes.
Stir to mix well.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
