Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 jar junior baby carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to first mixture.
    Last, add the junior baby carrots and nuts.
    Pour into loaf tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
