Ziti And Panchetta With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 slices Italian bacon (Panchetta, 1/8-inch thick)
1 (1 lb.) box ziti
1/3 c. Peccorino Romano cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, scrambled
pepper
Preparation

Boil ziti al dente.
Dice the Panchetta and fry in large pan. Remove when browned.
Add ziti and the grated cheeses to bacon drippings over low heat and stir.
Beat eggs and stir in.
Don't overcook eggs.
Just add pepper to taste and serve.
