Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until smooth.
    Turn out onto lightly floured surface and pat out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield: 16 biscuits.
