Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 Tbsp. bell peppers
    2 pods hot peppers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put about 1/4 cup oil in iron skillet and
    place in preheated 425\u00b0 oven. Let skillet and oil get very
    hot.\tRemove from oven and add mixture. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about

    minutes\tor until done. Top with grated cheese.
