Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. popped corn
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook together sugar, syrup and butter until sugar is dissolved.
    Boil rapidly until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water.
    Pour over popped corn in large mixing bowl.
