Connie'S Pear Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. pears, peeled, cored and cut up
6 large onions
3 red peppers
3 green peppers
8 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 small box ground allspice
Preparation

Grind all together.
Cook 45 minutes.
Put in hot jars to seal.
