Blueberry Buckle And Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
4 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream together sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Fold in blueberries.
Place in a greased 10 x 15-inch pan (I use a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake it 5 minutes longer).
