Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon
    1 can evaporated milk
    whole milk
Preparation
    Mix altogether and put into 5-quart ice cream freezer.
    Add enough whole milk to bring mixture to fill line.
    Freeze.
