Homemade Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; set aside.
    Add melted butter and eggs to the milk; mix well.
    Add dry ingredients; stir just enough to get an even mixture.
    If too thick, add more milk until mixture pours easily.
    Pour to desired size on hot greased griddle.
    Brown both sides.
