Flo'S Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash (yellow)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into 1-quart ring mold.
    Set in pan of hot water and bake until firm in 350\u00b0 oven.
