Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    2 oz. jar chopped pimentos
    1 c. crushed crackers
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese, extra
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds or chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain well.
    Arrange in a buttered baking dish.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese.
    Spoon over broccoli.
    Top with pimentos, crackers, nuts and cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
