Bok Choy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bok choy (Chinese celery)
1 tsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. creptalliged fructose
1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation

Rinse bok choy in cold water.
Cut stalks diagonally in 1-inch pieces and leaves into thin shreds.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil and the stems first and saute, tossing about 2 minutes. Add garlic, leaves, fructose, soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue cooking over high heat 2 minutes more.
Contains 40 calories, 0 cholesterol, 5 g carbohydrates, 1 g protein, 59 mg sodium and 2 gr fat.
