Eight Minute Light-N-Fruity Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2 c. ice cubes
    8 oz. Cool Whip (lite)
    fruit (optional)
    1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring about 3 minutes.
    Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin is thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    Using wire whip, blend in Cool Whip, then whip until smooth.
    Fold in fruit.
    Chill if necessary until mixture is set.
    Spoon into crust.
