Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
    1 c. buttermilk or milk and 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 3/4 flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks butter (or 1 stick butter and 1 stick margarine)
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. each of lemon, coconut and almond extract
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Bake in greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until tests done.
