Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans milk
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    small pkg. Velveeta cheese (1/2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cool.
    Saute onion in stick of butter. Combine all the ingredients.
    Mix well. Pour into large casserole dish.
    Crush a stack of Ritz crackers into crumbs; sprinkle on top.
    Melt 1 stick of butter; drizzle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
