Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, stewed and cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 green pepper, cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    4 green onion, cut up
    3/4 lb. small shrimp
    1 c. uncooked rice (long grain)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. spice
    Islands original seasoning salt
Preparation
    Empty tomatoes into 2-quart saucepan.
    Add tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, green pepper, celery and green onion.
    Cook covered on medium heat for 15 minutes.
    Add spices and seasoning and cook another 5 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water.
    Stir.
    Then stir into tomato mixture to thicken.
    Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
