Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 chopped onion
    5 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together and pour 1/2 of the batter in the pan.
    Grate 1/2 pound cheese and 2 hot peppers, chopped.
    Sprinkle on batter in pan and pour remaining batter on top.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
