Crumb-Topped Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced or 1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    4 salmon fillets (6 oz. each)
    Refrigerated butter-flavored spray*
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; set aside. Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down, in a 13 x 9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spritz salmon with butter-flavored spray; cover with crumb mixture. Spritz crumbs with butter-flavored spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 - 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
