Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Top with paprika and more cheese if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
