Ham And Sweets Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced ham, cut into 6 serving pieces
    3 pared medium sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    In a frying pan, brown ham.
    Place ham in a large casserole. Slice the sweet potatoes over it.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Add water to drippings in the frying pan, heat and blend.
    Pour 1/2 over sweet potatoes.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining liquid.
    Remove cover.
    Brown for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
