Fish Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. frozen cooked shrimp
1 lb. (1 inch pieces) frozen cod
2 cloves garlic
3 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
Preparation

In Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic about 5 minutes, stirring often until onion is tender.
Stir in chili powder, cook 2 minutes stirring often.
Stir in broth and chilies.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, pepper, shrimp and fish.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and shrimp are heated through.
Gradually stir in yogurt and heat just until hot (do not boil).
