Diabetic Grape Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsweetened grape juice
    1 box Slim Set
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Sweet 10
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 envelopes Knox plain gelatine
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup grape juice and set aside. Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add dissolved gelatine to mixture and boil 2 minutes.
    Pour into glasses and keep in refrigerator or freezer.
