Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat of your choice (roast, stew, steak)
    onions
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    white rice or mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Cut meat into pieces.
    Brown with onions, salt and pepper.
    Add water after it's browned and put to simmer for 1/2 hour or so.
    Put in roaster.
    Add 2 cans mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can water; mix well.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or so.
    About 1/2 hour before serving, add 1 1/2 cups sour cream and mix well.
    Serve over white rice or mashed potatoes.
