Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine carrots and raisins; set aside.
    Mix yogurt and lemon juice.
    Stir sauce into carrot-raisin mixture.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
