Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. each: pepper, basil and oregano
Preparation
    Squeeze out as much moisture from spinach as possible.
    Set aside.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onion and mushrooms; cook, stirring, until soft.
    In bowl, beat eggs lightly; stir in onion mixture, bread crumbs, soup, 2 tablespoons cheese, pepper, basil, oregano and spinach.
    Pour into well greased 9-inch square baking pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
    Serve warm; or let cool, cover, refrigerate and serve cold.
