Trout Scollop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    trout
    dash of raw grated onion
    white sauce (your own)
    buttered cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Steam or boil trout.
    Remove bones and skin.
    Place flakes of fish in a deep dish.
    Add salt, pepper and onion.
    Pour white sauce over fish.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
