Chicken Breast Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, skinned
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    toasted, sliced almonds
    salt to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 to 1 c. sherry
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Salt chicken and place in oblong baking dish.
    Combine
    sour
    cream, soup and sherry; pour over chicken. Sprinkle
    generously
    with paprika.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with almonds.
    Serve with rice, seasoned with ginger and more almonds.
    Serves 8.
