Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs, beating mixtures after each egg.
Add gradually flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well. Fold in carrots.
Bake in greased rectangular pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
