Old-Fashioned Cornbread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
    2 3/4 c. unseasoned cornbread stuffing
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth, defatted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray.
    Place cornbread in the casserole.
    Then add onion mixture.
    Drizzle with 1 cup of broth.
    Gently toss.
    If necessary, drizzle with remaining 1/2 cup of broth to moisten the bread; gently toss to mix well.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 4 servings.
