Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2/3 c. sauerkraut
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
Preparation

Rinse, drain and chop sauerkraut.
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with water.
Stir in sauerkraut.
Bake in 2 greased and floured 8-inch pans for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
