Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slightly beaten eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or 1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
10-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie shell.
Bake pie 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.
