Militello'S Chocolate Decadence Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, separated (room temperature)
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. water
2/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Line bottom of 9-inch springform pan with foil.
Butter foil and sides of pan.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar and vanilla; beat well.
Add egg yolks, one at a time; beat well.
Blend in cocoa, flour and water; beat well.
Stir in the finely chopped pecans.
