Fresh Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs and beat well. Add mixed dry ingredients alternately with milk and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
Add and mix blueberries very carefully to avoid crushing.
Pour into greased and floured 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
