Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium sized potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Remove from oven and cut potatoes in halves.
    Remove potato from peeling.
    Mash potatoes well, adding butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place peeling halves in pan.
    Spoon potato mixture into peeling halves.
    Top with cheese and put in oven until cheese is melted.
