Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless breast tenders
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and pressed to remove all liquid
    4 slices natural Swiss cheese, each about 4 x 6-inches
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Place the chicken in long greased baking dish sprinkled with salt and pepper.
    Top with sauerkraut evenly over top, then Swiss cheese slices all over and pour the dressing evenly all over. Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted into chicken with ease.
    If you like can sprinkle 3/4 cup buttered rye bread crumbs on top before baking.
