3 Minute Fudge(From Betty Crocker'S Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    16 large marshmallows, quartered
    1 1/2 pkg. (6 oz. size) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Butter square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Combine milk, sugar and salt in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, to 225\u00b0 on candy thermometer or until mixture spins a thread about 2-inches long when dropped from a spoon.
    Remove from heat; add marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts.
    Stir until marshmallows and chocolate pieces are melted.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 2 pounds or 64 (1-inch) squares.
