Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 pod garlic
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into strips.
    Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in fat.
    Add mushrooms, onions and garlic.
    Stir in broth. Cover for 1 hour.
    Add sour cream and heat.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
