Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat egg and milk together. Sift dry ingredients together, then add egg and milk.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into hot grease, making pinwheel (funnel motion). Coat with powdered sugar.
