Potato And Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops, seasoned and fried
    6 to 8 raw potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    8 oz. container sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper or season to desired taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sour cream, water, parsley, soup, salt, pepper and seasonings.
    Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Lay fried pork chops on top of mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
