Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. melted shortening (Crisco or whatever)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. sifted enriched flour, more if needed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well and let rise.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Use as desired.
    Allow about two hours for rising. Shape into three small balls; place in muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
