Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. cooking oil or melted shortening
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour with sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
    Combine slightly beaten egg yolks, cooking oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients all at once; beat until smooth.
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form when beater is raised; fold into batter.
    Bake in preheated waffle iron at medium heat until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
