Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can creamed corn
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 35 to 45 minutes.
    Should be golden brown and done inside.
