Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes (unfrozen)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper, if desired
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together and put into casserole dish. Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
