Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    1 large onion
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cut spareribs into serving portions.
    Brown well in large skillet.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Spoon the sauce over the ribs 2 or 3 times during the cooking period.
    Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes until sauce coats ribs.
    Serves 6.
