Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk + 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour and sugar.
Mix margarine, cocoa and water in saucepan.
Stir and bring to boil.
Pour over flour and sugar. Stir well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into greased and floured 15 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 23 minutes.
