Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (regular or hot)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 small onion
1 tsp. parsley
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. rice
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Add onion, pepper and parsley.
Add cooked rice to sausage mix.
Add melted cheese (in milk) to rice.
Mix in 2-quart container.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
