Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small potatoes, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 qt. half and half (half cream and half milk)
    2 cans cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients together for 20 minutes.
    Watch that it doesn't stick and add 1/4 cup water as necessary.
    Add the cheese, half and half and cream of celery soup, in that order. Heat and stir together until blended.
    Do not boil.
