Marinated Chicken Grill And Grilled Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 chicken breast halves, boned
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
    1 c. croutons
    3/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack)
    black pepper
    Ranch or honey mustard dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in Ziploc bag.
    Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Marinate 24 to 48 hours.
    Grill.
    Serve grilled chicken with rice and vegetables as an entree for 4 to 6 people. Use remaining chicken for salad for 4 to 6 people the next day, preparing as follows.
